Selam my Çelebi..pls don't get angry with me..
I beg your pardon for not visiting you regularly. But don't forget that you are very important for me and I will share my problems, feelings and memories with you which I don't share even with my closest friends..Diaries are vitally important for some romantic people like me!
I have many things to tell you, so I must start telling what is going on with my life.
Last saturday was very important for me. That day I was very excited and a bit nervous. It could be the first day for something, we can't know at the present. Time will show us. Maybe one day "we" will remember that they with a smile on our faces; maybe it will be forgotten in the deepness of the past like any other days and memories which give pain us.
On the other hand I met with Chestnut from the forum on msn. Chestnut, Amaryllis and I are responsible for the fotograph department in the forum. We discussed about what can we do to improve the quality and participation. We took some decisions. That meeting refreshed my eagerness on contributing to do forum. I had been neglecting my dear forum and the people who were expecting good shares from me. Since that day I have been working hard for my forum and receiving happily reactions and replies.
What's more my Çelebi, I've had a pain in my back for a few days, which makes me feel painful. I am going to see a doctor tomorrow.
And the last one...I was kidded by my friends. It was a worrying joke. You know, my computer had a format; in other words, I reformed my computer. So, I sent my files to my friends' computers for a few days. Today one of my friends' computer collapsed. He told me that my "pictures file", which was very very important for me and I have been creating for years was gone because of that collapsing problem. I thought as if I lost one of my closest friends. I wished I had uploaded my pictures to a DVD before..At last, he told me that he managed to save my files and I took a breath.
Yes Çelebi, these are the events I have been experiencing these days..I wonder what the life has in for us!! No one knows that exactly..time is the biggest teacher; it will go on teaching us!!

Hello my lovely Abdurrahman Çelebi
I would like to tell you a joke, a funny sentence that I've come across today in the forum. "There are three good reasons to be a teacher: June, July and August." This funny sentence has a relation with me, because, u know, I'm going to be a teacher if I manage to graduate from my faculty I would beg your pardon, I haven't visited you for a long time again. I think you got used to be neglected. Yes, I accept, I'm a bit lazy. But, I had warned you at the beginning. Despite the fact that I am usualy on line and in the forum, I neglect visiting you.

Let me try to remember and tell you what has been happening in life on part of me! You will rememeber, I told you I had a pain in my back. The following day I went to doctor. He examined me and told that I there was no problem with my lungs but there could be a problem with my hearth. He insisted that I go to a hearth doctor and have my hearth checked. I was in shock!! I've been a panic attack for one year, or I thought so. At last it was clear. I wasn't panic attack like all the people around me called me as, but I had a
real problem. Next day I went to a hearth doctor and told him everything I had been experiencing both physically and psychologically. He examined me carefully and put me a machine on me, which controlled my hearth beating for 24 hours. The following day he analysed it and told me that it isn't an important and dangerous problem, but whenever I felt arhythm I had been feeling anxious and the make it bigger and bigger. Lastly he told me that, I must be relaxed and don't care about it much.
Apart from this I've presented my two micro-teaching lessons one for 5th grades and the other for adult learners.
Tomorrow, it's Bayram. I will be in my hometown with my family during the bayram. As soon as the bayram ends I must return to Antalya in order to prepare my report writing tasks and study for the final exams. You know I don't want it to be "the third bounch of the groshopper".

Hi Abdurrahman Çelebi, do you remember me? I suppose you don't!
I feel as a son or daughter who has returned to his parents after leaving home years and years ago. I know I am not a good attender for my diary and my lovely forum. But you know, I reminded this fact at start. Last time I visited you was one day before the Bayram. Let me tell you what I've been doing since then; maybe you could find it interesting to listen.
During the Bayram I was in my village in Manisa. As normally, my family and I visited our relatives, received guests, ate much meat-contented foods. I had missed my nephew and niece much. I spent a good time with them. They are steadily growing. As soon as the Bayram had ended my brothers left home and returned to the cities where they work. I stayed two days more. Then without losing any time I returned to Antalya so that I would study for the final exams and prepare the projects.
First I started with project writing. I had to write an evaulation and critic about the English curriculum of the 5th grades'. Thanks to Adolean and Su's great contributions, I managed to finish it. I developed my material, wrote a report about it, designed a simple website, sent some data to wikipedia and made a blog for the "Developing Material" lesson.
I went on with studying for my exams. they were scheduled between 7-11th of January. I was anxious for the exams due to the fact that I have the risk of failing as my average score is a bit at a dangerous point. We had 6 exams, the last of which was very bad.(I hope it won't cause my failure). After the exams, on Friday I shot videos of our materials for the teacher.
At midnight I got on the bus, which would take me to Kuşadası, where my brother Simon(the master of our forum) lives. He had invited me to Kuşadası. Early in the morning I arrived there and was greeted by him. I was very happy to see him in real life. We had a breakfast, spent some time in ingilizceforum (by changing Simon's nick as Saim_waycell) and then went out to have a look at Kuşadası's charming beauty. We took many photos. Because of the final exams I hadn't a chance to spend some time with photo-taking. I was very eager to take photos of Simon and Kuşadası. In the evening we were very tired and fell asleep without having our dinner. We woke up at 4 A.M at dusk and had our delayed dinner.
My Çelebi, I'm writing to you from Simon's home. Later, in the afternoon we may go out again. I suppose, I will return to Manisa tomorrow and spent the rest of my holiday there, in my village. That means, I will be offline, disconnected from internet, forum and you.

Hello Abdurrahman Çelebi;
I've missed you so much, believe me. In fact, I am not far away from you; everyday I visit the forum regularly, but I neglect you, to say the truth. as I see, I visited you last when I was in Kuşadası for visiting Master Simon. I went to Manisa and my village, spent the rest of my holiday there. I was away from internet technology, which was very boring for me. I spent my days watching tv and reading. The best side of the holiday was that I had a good restart for reading. I read "Those Out of the Stage" by A. Hamdi Tanpınar. During my holiday I visited my highschool and met with my old teachers, whom I owe much. Besides, I met with my highschool friends. That is a routine activity for us, we will stay as friends forever!! I turned back to Antalya on the 28th of January. Since that day, I've been reconnected to my lovely forum and internet. By the way, we launched an interview with Chestnut. I'm happy to have chosen chestnut for refreshing the interview section, for we have been holding a perfect interview with her. What is more; we launched a book reading campaign with semih (passion). We received very good and positive reactions to our campaign. A great number of our members promised to start reading books. I'm happy to reanimate the desire for reading among our friends.
Today our second term has started and I'm in the class. While I was surfing on the net, I decided to visit you. I wish to visit you again with good news my Çelebi!!

Today I would like to start with a Turkish-Muslim oriented greeting. I hope you are OK. Because you don’t have any responsibilities and problems, apart from often being neglected. As humanbeings we have to deal with a great number of problems, tasks, responsibilities etc. We are in a rat race, in which the lazy and neglectful ones are likely to fail.
Now, I’m going to tell you what I’ve been doing in that rat race on part of me. The second week of the second term has started today. We’re slowly making an entry into the lessons. I’m not happy to attend the lessons of Sakeena, a Pakistani-American, transferred to our department last year. She is a real nightmare!!! On the other hand, there is a good new; the head of our department arranged a German teacher for us. Tomorrow we are going to start lessons. You know I have a dream of developing my German, which I learned in high school to some degree. As the head of our department announced, the teacher who is going to teach us German is a German lady and her husband is a Turkish. She visited our class today. She is a sweet young lady. I believe she will help us in achieving a great success in learning German. From now on I will share my German learning adventures with you and use some German while writing you.
By the way, these days I dedicate myself to reading. Probably this night or tomorrow I will finish Semerkant by Amin Malouf. In our Novel Analysing and Teaching lesson we are going to rean and analyse the novels “The lord of the flies, Robinson Cruise, Anima Farm”

Hallo mein Tagebuch , wie geht es dir??
Yes, My Çelebi, I just wanted to make a German entry for you today. You know I’ve been attending German courses for a few weeks. Look Çelebi; it would be good for you if you lend your ears to me, I have a few interesting and unusual news for you.
The first one is just like a miracle. Yesterday it snowed in Antalya about one hour. We were all surprised to see that; once it had started, we rushed to outside in order to experience this rare event. We recorded it with our cameras. It was broaded via news, internet sites instantly. The last time it snowed in Antalya was in 1993, fifteen years ago. I consider myself very lucky and privileged to have experienced that historical day.
On the other hand, last night I watched the film “The Lord of the Flies”, the novel version of which we are reading and analysing in our novel analysing lesson at faculty. I remember watching it in my childhood, maybe in 1993-94, I’m not sure about the time. I recalled some scenes.
If you are to ask me, what’s about today, I would tell you about my presentation. I gave a presentation about “The factors which effects cllassroom management” in the lesson “Classroom Management” which we take in Turkish. I presented my power point and shared some ideas with my friends. Next lesson we will analyse some sample stories and situations about problematic students in classes. By the way I want to tell you an important new; one of my department teachers told met that this year she and the other teachers are very pleased with my situation in terms of behaviors and scores. I was both surprised and pleased to hear that. On hearing that I regained my self-confidence. Nice days are awaiting us, Çelebi; be ready to hear good news.
I left the most important thing to the end which I would like to share with you. Last weekend I made my invitation but I didn’t get a positive answer. “it” was delayed to some other day. I’m waiting to be invited. That’s enough for that, I don’t want to go further about this as there might be others to lend their ears to us.

Hello Abdurrahman Çelebi, excuse me....
I feel very embarrassed and guilty for not visiting you for a long time. I've been lazy and negligent. To say the truth, there've been many events to be shared with you.
Look I've been in a deep dilemma about something. In fact I could have explained everything; but due to some reasons, it has always been delayed, which allows me to think better and further. Never have I felt myself in such a puzzled and hesitant position before.
Last week with my friends from the department we attented a seminar on listening and pronunciation given by two Americans. At the end of the seminar the head of our department handed out some books as present. I was given one. What's more, last Tuesday I picked my driving licence from the police office. On the same day, my friend, Reis left Antalya for erasmus. He is going to be in Germany until September. On the other hand, I read a novel by Adam Fawer, which is among the most sold books. Its name is "improbable". It includes philosophy, mathematic, adventure, probability, schizophrene...I bet they will shoot it as a film in a few years time.
Maybe the most important event is that, my Fenerbahçe beated Sevilla and we're in quarter final in champions league. It is unbelievable, but true my Çelebi. It's a real epic.
And now, I'm preparing for a presentation which I will make tomorrow in ESP lesson. I will teach about agriculture.
